1. Apply for a Master Policy
Ready to get started as a new MGIC customer? Choose from the following options to get the ball rolling.
Don’t close or fund loans in your own name?
Skip the Master Policy application and instead, email master_policy@mgic.com with your company name and address to request a Customer Number.
Close and fund your own loans?
Apply for an MGIC Master Policy Number.
2. Register for web services
To order and service mortgage insurance in a safe, secure online platform, register for MGIC web services.
After you have received your Master Policy number or non-origination Customer ID, you’ll need to obtain an MGIC user ID and password to use our secure web services. Our proprietary platform allows you to quickly and easily order mortgage insurance, service MI, manage and claims. You can do all this, and more, knowing your information is protected and safe.
Complete and submit this form to register for an MGIC user ID. Within one business day, you will receive two emails from customer_service@mgic.com: one with your user ID and another email with your temporary password.
