What does NAHREP do?

NAHREP has more than 40,000 members and 100+ chapters that include real estate agents, brokers, mortgage professionals and settlement service providers nationwide. Founded in 1999, NAHREP is a purpose-driven organization that strives to:

  • Educate and empower real estate professionals who serve Hispanic homebuyers and sellers
  • Facilitate relationships among industry stakeholders, real estate practitioners and other housing industry professionals, including loan originators
  • Advocate for public policy that advances sustainable Hispanic homeownership

Annually, NAHREP publishes the State of Hispanic Homeownership Report using a broad cross-section of data and research to evaluate homeownership attainment among the Latino population across the US – providing insights on trends, barriers, and opportunities to elevate future homeownership growth.
