Master Policy Application instructions

To help expedite your Master Policy (MP) Application, we’ve listed some of the information you’ll need to gather:

  1. Investor and licensing numbers (e.g., Agency Seller/Servicer, NMLS, etc.)
  2. Key contact information (such as principals, head of mortgage lending, underwriting manager, and Master Policy contact)
  3. List of your loan officers and their NMLS numbers
