Ordering MI online through the Loan Center
Use MGIC's Loan Center to order mortgage insurance, submit HARP and non-HARP loans and order contract underwriting.
Ordering MI
Login to submit loans to MGIC's Loan Center. (Sign up if you need a user ID and password.)
Choose one of these options:
- For automated underwriting, enter data -OR-
- For full-file manual underwriting, upload electronic loan file documents (See MGIC's Underwriting Guide for full-file documentation requirements)
Once you submit a loan, follow up on its progress on the Loan Center.
Submitting HARP/non-HARP Refi-to-Mod (RTM) loans
Login to submit loans to MGIC's Loan Center. (Sign up if you need a user ID and password.)
HARP
- For automated processing with 24-hour turnaround, enter data to complete the online RTM request form
- For manual processing, upload electronic loan file documents, including the 1003, 1008 and HARP RTM request form
Non-HARP, Same Insured/Servicer
- For automated processing with 24-hour turnaround, enter data to complete the online RTM request form
- For manual processing, upload electronic loan file documents, including the 1003, 1008 and Same Insured/Servicer RTM request form
Non-HARP, New Insured/Servicer
- Upload electronic loan file documents, including the 1003, 1008 and New Insured/Servicer RTM request form
Once you submit a loan, follow up on its progress on the Loan Center.

Contract underwriting services are provided by:
