Manage loan files already submitted
Regardless of how you deliver a loan to MGIC, you can follow its progress at the Loan Center.
| Check loan status | Check Submission Status, Insurance Status and Contract Status to determine where your loan is in the decision process. |
| Cancel approval | Cancel a Commitment/Certificate on a loan that has been approved for MGIC mortgage insurance, but whose coverage has not been activated. |
| Activate coverage on ZOMP monthly MI | Activate coverage on a loan that has been approved for MGIC mortgage insurance under our ZOMP Monthly MI plan. | View loan documents | View and print MGIC-created loan documents, including:

| Make changes to the Commitment/Certificate | Request changes to loan information after the loan has been approved; for example, an interest rate change. If changes affect the original underwriting decision, the loan may go into suspense. |
| Resubmit a loan originally submitted as a data file | Edit and resubmit loan data after submitting a loan for underwriting. If changes do not affect an approval decision, the Loan Center will create a new, updated Commitment/Certificate. If changes affect the original underwriting decision, the loan may go into suspense. |
| Submit additional documentation | Upload documentation that was updated, previously missing or requested by MGIC. If changes do not affect an approval decision, the Loan Center will create a new, updated Commitment/Certificate. | Check whether a loan is MGIC-insured | Confirm whether loans for MGIC's HARP/Non-HARP Refi-to-Mod program are, indeed, insured by MGIC. |
