Recognition
In 2012, MGIC was a recipient of the Alfred P. Sloan Award for Business Excellence in Workplace Flexibility, which recognizes “model employers of all types and sizes across the US for their innovative and effective workplace practices. Using a rigorous scoring methodology that uses national benchmarks and emphasizes the real life experiences of employees on the job, the Sloan Awards honor organizations that are using workplace flexibility as a strategy to make work better — for both the employer and the employee.”
In 2013, MGIC was named a Top 100 Workplace by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. This award identifies the top workplaces in Southeast Wisconsin based solely on the opinions of the company's co-workers.
